Cat thinkies—the face-blind dilemma

Cat lying on a tee shirt printed with many cat faces, and thinking Do I know you?

Ursula the cat was thrilled when she realised that she was face-blind. Due to a feline neurological anomaly she’s good with feet but bad with faces. By the way, I just noticed two tiny thought bubbles arising from her belly. I sense an exciting scientific breakthrough: is prosopagnosia associated with activity in the mitochondria? Or did the photo editor bumble? Ideas?
