Silent Sunday—twilight
Perfect blue of twilight. And silence. Such photos are a miracle of technology. Shot from a moving car on an iPhone. (To appreciate this as I do, you probably need to have grown up with a Brownie box camera.)

Beautiful
I love this time of the day…. often lie quietly watching the beauty of light changes. Very restful time of the day.
Love that dark-bright blue glow.
I did grow up with a BB camera. I love modern tech! makes many aspects of life so much easier.
Perfect photo Rachel. I love the dark blue background and the shadows, it perfectly shows the day ending and the night creeping in slowly.
Our beautiful world…
In the 1950’s an American singing group called The Platters recorded a song, Twilight Time. I often think of the tune. Night has always been my favorite.
I’m guessing the photo was not easy to capture unless you knew exactly the kind of film to use. Or was it digital?
Marco, all my photos are straight off the iPhone. Otherwise they would never happen. This one taken from a moving car, to boot. It’s a miracle of technology.
I had a modern Brownie 44A, complete with a screw on flash gun. Still needed a steady hand though!
I can barely imagine that.
Not only could you not get a good shot, but you had to wait for the film to be developed to see if you even got a worthwhile picture at all. I love the technology of my phone too.
For me it has given me a new way of looking and seeing.
