Raised garden bed—tiny tip for over 50s

Switch to raised garden beds so that you can carry on gardening. When you get older, gardening may become harder because of arthritis and other niggles of old age. But you’ll appreciate more than ever the pleasure of getting your hands in the dirt and growing good things.

(You don’t really need these tips for well-being in old age. You already know exactly what to do to make your later years satisfying. But I like to remind myself of these little joys, and to share them. Hope you don’t mind.)
