I always say, try to put yourself in the way of Grace- a matter of tuning to the state of mind radio station of your choice. The First Noble Truth of the Buddha is that life is suffering. Buddhists also say, “Pain is inevitable ,suffering is optional.” There is a choiceless choice I have every day to direct my path into that of joy while embracing the painful parts of life also as my own.
