The little dogs of Seoul

You meet a lot of dogs, walking the park-promenade
in Yeonnam-dong in the evening.
Every conceivable sort of dog
from little to small
from toy to tiny
from mini to microscopic.

Once in a while, you see a slightly larger dog
and for a moment you suspect
it’s not a dog at all
but some new breed of elephant.
