Tiny tip for over 50s: children show us the way
Accompany your grandchildren (or your friend’s grandchilden) around a playground. Let them lead you into new ways. You give them care and a listening ear. They give you courage, delight, fresh ideas and exercise.

They will also give you help with electronic devices.
How very right!
Wonderful! Should I get the orthopedic dpt number ready, just in case?😉
I trust your judgment. There’s more than one way to follow a child, luckily
Then there was the evening my grandson lured my husband into hide and seek in the dark. Many bumps ensued before they agreed it was an interesting but bad idea.
Lovely though that your husband joined in.
He is always game for any idea that comes up. He raised three daughters so is overjoyed to have a little boy in his life.
I was watching a group of kids on a playground recently. One young girl was really strong and agile – monkey bars, a balancing beam, climbing, etc – all with a lollipop in her mouth. I pictured myself explaining to her why lollipop eating should be a sitting down activity… but happily her mom arrived.
Yes we can teach them a thing or two also 🙂
