Bin isolation outing: rubbish day in lockdown

Rubbish bin collection day, before and after lockdown.
Yes, today’s the day for a bin isolation outing! (I’m using two of my daily quota of exclamation marks here.) The most exciting event of the day, now that you’re in isolation for Covid-19.
This is my contribution to the lovely Facebook Group, Bin Isolation Outing. (If I’m accepted.) Their mission:
So basically the bin goes out more than us SO let’s dress up for the occasion! Fancy dress, makeup, tutu ….be creative!
Truth is, my neighbour puts out one of our bins and the other one is picked up by a particularly kind truck-driver. Here’s to these heroes of the lockdown! Essential services? You bet.
Fancy dress sounds exciting I can imagine the look on my bin men’s faces… hilarious 😆
Go for it.
I just might do that😆
The drawings are cool.
Surely it has to be pyjamas?
That was in the olden days, before lockdown
The heroes, they’re everywhere!
I keep changing my clothes so I am wearing a variety of outfits. For whom? I have no idea. I will think of the garbage men next Tuesday as I dress!
Excellent idea. I do the same and always have though I have worked at home for years. But hey, others prefer pajamas and that’s fine too: each approach has its pleasures.
For some reason(probably the voice of my father in my head) I feel uncomfortable not getting dressed.
