Our poor world: Spacex launches in troubled times

“Our poor world: Spacex launches in troubled times.” No commentary needed or possible: I’m packing for a funeral. The number of times I say, “It’s all good” (in our world) or “All will be well!” (in our world) and I mean it. Today, even I, an incorrigible optimist, would choke on those words. I need family time to get me back into kilter. If that’s a word…

I had the joy of watching the space launch with my unfailingly non cynical young grandchildren. Family really can be restorative.
