Dreams of stardom—cat thinkies

Cat caught in a secret flamenco rehearsal

We know so little about the secret life of cats because they are so skilfully secretive. And so embarrassed if caught in the act of rehearsing Bizet’s big hit from Carmen. But—l’amour, l’amour, l’amour, l’amour—really? No, this is about Ursula expanding her celebrity influencer status. She has no room in her busy life for romance.

I read this as Love is a rebellious bird? Is my childhood French correct? Love your kitty cat.

    1. Rachel McAlpine says:

Right, and straight from the opera! Thank you, I will pass that on to Ursula.

Thank you! Happy Holiday season to you – is it okay to say that in NZ? You have to be careful here…

      2. Rachel McAlpine says:

Sure, I like that, though it upsets a few. I have Jewish and Muslim and Buddhist friends so I like the change.

Cat thinkies: “Le prawns de la proper good, parceque innit!” Gangsta cat!

Who exactly does a cat influencer influence?

    1. Rachel McAlpine says:

      Well dreams are free

    2. Rachel McAlpine says:

      I suppose, cats who shop

      1. Elizabeth says:

That sounds like a television sit com title. Tell Ursula to start writing.

      2. Rachel McAlpine says:

I’m afraid that unlike Gib, Trixie and Harry in the blog toutparmoi.com, Ursula relies on a human for any actual writing.

      3. Elizabeth says:

I will check that out. Of course Ursula is above having to write things for herself. Royalty has always used scribes.

  4. loisajay says:

Ha! Thank you for the follow, Rachel. Obviously my Parker, Piper and Pumpkin (I know…all “P’s” is just a bit ridiculous) have so much to learn from the multi-lingual Ursula.

    1. Rachel McAlpine says:

Ursula graciously acknowledges their tribute. (Ever the grande dame, she is.)
