Using phones since lockdown for COVID-19

cartoon of woman using smartphone before and after lockdown for COVID-19

Notice how we’ve been using phones since lockdown for COVID-19? Gotta love that human voice. Social distancing is broken just like that.

With a phone
you’re never alone.
A human voice
is choice.

well maybe good and bad right now, as we all try to grasp the situation – and most of our calls are about “that/this”… I know it will get better as we get used to the situation and can talk about some of things we have personally gained, like the silence or the peace or even just seeing a well feed blackbird in the garden – I know I’ve got a couple of toxic people who I will possibly avoid or try to cut their phone chats because they are “never happy” ….

I think you know how to take care of yourself. That’s good.

Yes, my Mum (87) used to say she didn’t want me to phone because she couldn’t hear well enough. She would rather that I messaged. Now, she has found that she can hear after all and loves those calls. Lol.
