Social isolation before lockdown was a scary beast that (given time) delivered high blood pressure, heart disease and death. (Still does.) After lockdown, physical isolation is a little angel with heart and halo busy saving lives.

    I think the isolation is causing more stress. I started exercising more vigorously and I notice a slight improvement. I canโ€™t even think of a good story to write. ๐Ÿคช

      Be kind to yourself. We’ve never lived through anything like this. We are all affected, and vigorous exercise is a great tool.
