Losing your way in lockdown
It’s easy to lose your way in lockdown. In our old life we knew where we were going (mostly). Now we need to stop and think. Be kind to yourself: it takes time to find your rhythm.

So right Rachel. Given a bit of time, we can find out rhythm and balance again.
It certainly does require time and space to build a new rhythm so how wonderful it is that so many of us have both, in bucket loads. I am loving the opportunity this space offers to ask if my life, as it was before lock-down, was serving me as deeply as it could be or is there more to say yes to – and if it’s a yes that’s where being adaptable comes in; choosing to say yes to new possibilities instead of staying stuck in the way we’ve always done it.
Your example will encourage and inspire others, I hope. Maybe you’ll let us knows how this develops.
I strange time indeed, but one that connects us a very real way with the way it has been for humans for centuries. We certainly can quit being so smug about our “advanced” civilization.
Spot on with this advice!
Hi Rachel,
Hope you are well, all well here so far. In a strange kind of a way, without the news interruptions, I seem to be taking a breath & finding myself at last. Sad that it has taken a pandemic to do so.
Take care 🙏❤️
Thank you, Margaret. We are all well and I know just what you mean.
Glad to hear it 🙏❤️
