Free workbook for a self-help course on aging well

Hey, I have made the workbook for Almost Old available free as a PDF. It’s a systematic self-help course on aging well. Help yourself!

Cover of Almost Old, a DIY course on aging well

Here it is—your self-help guide to aging the way you want to.

Read it, shape it, convert it into something you know you can manage and you actually want to do. Because when it comes to aging, doing something is way more satisfying than doing nothing. The way we age depends largely on our attitude in middle age.

I hope the workbook is easy to follow. However, this wasn’t an easy project. Behind this DIY course on aging well lie countless false starts, far too many make-or-break decisions, an existential crisis, lockdown confusion, maddening micromanagement moves and a fair bit of technical learning. In other words, the usual.

You won’t know whether it works until you start doing it. And you either do it or you don’t. When you get stuck into it, let me know how it’s going!

Thank you again to my donors, who made this free resource possible.

Browsed through and will look at your reading resources, but on the whole, realise that I’ve taken care of most of those things, at this point in time. And some of thing “habits” I can’t change but I can accept them.
